Up for sale is a Halo 3, Equipment Series - Arbiter, Active Camo, by McFarlane Toys. Package is factory sealed, but card is damaged. There is an overall warp to the card, creases near the hook hang. There is normal wear and tear. There is some discoloration on the card. The plastic is coming off of the card in certain spots. Plastic is in good condition, no bends or creases or pinches. Figure comes from a smoke free home, and has been sitting in a sealed tote in a storage room. Figure was bought damaged. Please inspect ALL PHOTOS before buying.
